harabhara kababs:
blanch spinach and chop finely- 1 bunch
grate boiled potato 2-3
boiled and mashed green peas 1 cup
green chillies finely chopped 3-4
kothmir 1/4 bunch
chat masala 2 tsp
corn flour for binding
ginger finely chopped
Mix all the above ingredients and make tikkis. deep fry on medium.
